Prior to launching my own firm, I spent eight years with a lawn and pest control company in Florida, where I personally generated over $1 million in new annual revenue for the business. I wasn’t just part of the growth — I created it. That success, built on trust, hustle, and a people-first approach, lit the fire for what Merrell Business Development stands for today.
Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father. My wife and I have been married for over 10 years, and together we’re raising two amazing kids — a son and a daughter. We love spending time outdoors, especially fishing and enjoying Florida’s natural beauty. My family keeps me grounded, motivated, and inspired to push harder every day.
